Our Story
Founded in 2020, Fusion Rehab and Wellness is a health and wellness company located in Louisville, CO with emphasis on skilled therapy services for the older adult population living in senior living communities. Operated by therapists, Fusion is fundamentally different than other organizations. Productivity expectations are manageable for our clinicians to ensure the highest quality of care is delivered. Collaboration with the resident, family, and the community's staff are foundational principles that drive better health outcomes and improvement of quality of life.
